David Hale
Hale was recently listed in HonorableService.com. He developed a program for law enforcement which in some ways reduces the need for law enforcement and relies upon citizens to take care of their own county.The program is called Community Force.
Apparently Hale believes in giving power to the people. Having a program that connects it's citizens and relies on them to take part in protecting and serving each other is good thinking and good government. David Hale left the government to work in the private sector. Unsung News recognizes David Hale for his contribution.
